Welcome to The Old Mill House. Our Homely 3 bedroom Self Catering Cottage with parking for 2/3 cars sits close to the village centre in Heacham, Norfolk. The cottage is a handy one minutes walk from Tesco, a Bakery, Norfolk Lavender Deli & farm shop, various takeaway options and dog friendly pubs too...
We have 2 beaches in Heacham (North & South) which you can stroll to from our cottage. The North beach is sandy and dog friendly ALL YEAR!

A perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Coast.
The area is fantastic for couples, families with children of all ages. A great location for Birdwatching in The Wash
Norfolk Lavender is just a 5 minute walk, the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is just a 5 minute drive.
Our personal favourite places to visit are Cromer, Wells-next-the-sea, Holt, Sherringham, Blakeney and Burnham Market.
There are superb beaches, minutes away, plenty of walking and cycling trails if you fancy being a bit more active, golf at Heacham Manor, Multiple bird reserves and of course the AONB along the coast from Hunstanton to Cromer.

This house is fantastic. Claire is such a good host, we had no problems whatsoever. Our party consisted of four adults, a toddler and a dog, and the house was perfect for us. The children’s toys/playroom was great and we felt the house was really cosy, well-equipped, beautifully presented, and spotless. The location is lovely, we really enjoyed exploring Heacham and the surrounding area.

We have enjoyed a short break in this gorgeous home from home. Heacham is our favourite place to stay in Norfolk and this gem of a house is now one of our favourite places too. It has everything you could ever need, and more besides. Claire is very quick to reply to messages, and was really helpful when we needed her. We will look to book again as soon as we can!
